Conclusion This work has set a sectoral standard for Lean Construction training in Ireland and enables sectoral-wide Lean Construction capability development for implementation in the design and delivery of capital projects as well as for internal organisational operational excellence purposes.This initiative also represents a global first-ofkind undertaking, founded on the collaboration of stakeholders from across an entire sector, along with key elements of the national Lean ecosystem, to develop a sectoral standard in Lean Construction training.
